Sasha and Lewis had their wedding day on the 4th October 2008. The ceremony, location shots and reception was at Rydges Capricorn Resort, Yeppoon. The weather was great although started to get a little windy on the beach. Apparently there were five other weddings at the resort on the same day. Thank-you to Sasha and Lewis for the great day. Here are some of the photographs so far. Leave a comment at the bottom of this page. This is hilarious. Click for larger images. [imgset:72157607898920286,square,true]

Well I finally had a chance to process the photos from Lisa and Micks wedding on the 16th August 2008 which was held at the House of Laurels, Melany, Sunshine Coast. We were actually guests at this wedding so it was a little different to relax and enjoy the day rather than running around like a fool trying to get that elusive photo. House of Laurels was a beautiful place to stage the wedding ceremony aswell as the reception. Here are some pics from the day. Leave a comment at the bottom of this page. Sheree and Nathan had their wedding on Saturday the 27th September 2008. The ceremony was held at the Heritage Village, Rockhampton, and location shots were also taken at the Heritage Village and the Botanical Gardens. Rockhampton turned on the blue skies once again and a great day was had by all. Nigel & Tina Leave a comment at the bottom of this page. This Hilux was an absolute beast. Brisbane Storm Sunday 21st September 2008

After arriving home from shooting Wendy and Brad’s Wedding in Rockhampton and just starting to relax, Brisbane decided to turn on the fireworks with a large storm rolling over the city. I have always had an interest in trying to capture that elusive lightning bolt. There truly is an art to getting a good shot of a lightning bolt. Here are a couple shots taken from my front balcony.
