Brisbane Wedding Photos

I met up with a very organised bride called Vanessa who was about to marry the love of her life Matt, on the 26th September 2014. Vanessa and her bridesmaids were getting ready in her parents house which was a beautiful place for photos. Hair & makeup were just about finished when I arrived so I grabbed some photos of the details and found ¬†great place to hang the dress. Vanessa’s Dad hadn’t seen her in her wedding dress so we did a first look which is always great for some emotion. With everybody ready we stepped out for some photos in the front garden before heading to All Hallows’ Chapel for the all important ceremony.

Matt and his groomsmen were greeting guests when I arrived and Matt was understandable a little nervous. After a few photos with the boys out front it was time to get married. Well, time for Matt to get married. A very excited Vanessa arrived with her father along side in the back of the bridal car. With the veil in place it was time to get hitched. All Hallows’ Chapel is a wonderful place to take wedding photos providing lots of light and space with access to the mezzanine floor above.

With the official business done and dusted, yep, they both said their I’do’s we grabbed the family photos in front of the beautiful story bridge. What a view! I also grabbed a few bridal party photos in the gardens before finishing off at Kangaroo Point with Brisbane city in the background. With the location photos done we all headed to Victoria Park Golf Club where Vanessa and Matt partied the night away.

Thanks for allowing me to capture your wedding day guys.
All the best in the future.

PS. Checkout how long Vanessa’s veil is.
PPS. Any bride who takes the stairs down the Kangaroo Point Cliffs is a winner if you ask me :)
